Welcome to PinPix. By creating an account or using the PinPix mobile application (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PinPix. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Some regions may impose a higher minimum age; you are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
PinPix has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content or behavior that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, threatening, spammy, or otherwise abusive is prohibited. Users who post such content or engage in abusive behavior may have their content removed and their accounts suspended or permanently terminated, without prior notice.
PinPix lets you post photos, videos, captions, tags, comments, and location information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By posting User Content, you grant PinPix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the app and related services, solely for the purpose of operating PinPix.
You are responsible for your User Content. You agree that you will not post content that:
You can flag objectionable content (spots and comments) and block abusive users from within the app. Reports are reviewed by PinPix support. We aim to act on valid reports—including removing content and ejecting users who provide objectionable content—within 24 hours of receiving a report.

Spots are inherently location-based. When you post a spot, the location you choose is shown to other users. Do not post locations that are private, restricted, or dangerous. You are responsible for the legality of accessing and photographing any location you share.

We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Persistent or severe violations will result in permanent ejection from the service.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the app ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
PinPix is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content posted by users is accurate, safe, or legal. Use the app at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinPix and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the PinPix operator is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app.
